Has anybody had any contact with PBase customer service recently? I've emailed them three times over the past three weeks, but have never received a response, not even the old automated "We've received your email and will get back to you."
I had sent them a check to renew my account back on May 25, but it still shows as expiring soon. Last year I had sent a check, too, but I guess they hadn't looked at their mail so blocked me from posting pictures until we got it resolved. The year before there was a problem accepting payment by Amex, and the same thing happened. I was just trying to head off problems by sending a check more than a month in advance, but this lack of response has me worried that I'll be blocked once again.
Any advice?
