Wrong photo shows up in one of my galleries!

Instead of my photograph another unknown photograp of a winter landscape shows up!

I tried to replace this picture with my originally intended one.
This did not work, the wrong photograph stayed in place.
Then I tried to delete the wrong photograph, which did not work either!
What is wrong?
