Please can someone check this problem. More than 7 days !

You won't get any response in here; the days when PBase management monitored the forum as a support channel (or probably at all) are long past. You'd need to send an e-mail to support@pbase.com. I'm not sure whether anyone has to date, so I've just sent one off after finding that it doesn't work in my galleries either. The ticket number assigned is 5562. If / when I hear anything from that I'll of course pass it along.
