I have placed a few nice comments on some of the galleries or pics, but I have read some really rude remarks that some people have left.
is there not a way to delete some of those rude remarks.

The forum owner, ie. the album owner has the ability to delete the comments:
Home ->"View Your Forum" ->offending comment -> Delete
