I think you could, but i don't see it anywhere in the help pages

i don't have a clue how to type in chinese.

but pbase will store chinese or any other kind of characters if you operating system supports them and you can figure out how to type them.

you may have to set your Text Encoding in your browser. look around in the View menu or similar of your browser. you probably want to set it to Big 5 for chinese.
