the server is not calculating my hits...

The server isn't calculating the hits on my galleries but only the pictures.
Can this be fixed??

I thin kthis is a pbase.com problem not a personal comptuer problem thus i won't ass in what my OS is etc etc etc.
All that really has nothing to do with this problem nor will it help in anyway.

** note, as of 09-Aug-2003, the page view count on the gallery page does not coun self hits anymore. this will explain why there was an apparent sudden decrease. they've been being counted separately all along, but were displayed as a sum until now.

** the direct link count on image pages is essentially meaningless. it is only incremented once the first time it's linked to. after that it's served from caching servers which makes accurate counting difficult. sorry about that. in the future this may be able to be fixed.
