Meta Tags and Meta Tag Generators

I have keywords and have finished my Meta Tag Generator, but where on my site do I enter my Meta Tag?
I've tried about everywhere on my site and can't figure it out.

You mean meta tag that will be displayed within the <TITLE></TITLE> of the page displaying the photo? I don't think Pbase allows you to do that as of now.

However, let me also add that I read somehwere that almost no good search engines these days use the META tags as they are human editable and hence not trusted.
