What is public_flag.

In the batch update. Is it actually the Country flag? If so what value do I use?

I assume you use your own country such as United States etc etc.

for batch update, the public_flag should be Y or N
it needs to be capitalized.
yes, i agree, it would be hard to have a less documented, worse user interface than that.
it was a fast crude implementation. will clean that up.
