new feature: pbase world database

Hi Slug, You are amazing! Pbase is the best!
You have a winner, there is no site that come near pbase.
And I do love this new country search.

I must admit that I have sent all or most of my classmates to pbase, why fool around with our own sites or other sites that are cumbersome.
You must have to add servers and all sorts of new equipment to keep up with us and all our photos. But you are doing it the best!
