new feature: Choose Your Password-Protected Galleries Image

You now have a choice for the image that represents your password-protected galleries. There are three options:
1 - Simply display the gallery's original representative image
2 - Display the PBase default lock image
3 - Enter an image id for your own locked gallery image

To make changes, just go to your passkey page at http://www.pbase.com/passkey

Right now, this is an account-wide setting, which will be applied to all of your locked galleries. However, along with the other changes that are coming for the edit gallery page, you will be able to specify different locked gallery images for different galleries.
