I think you can update galleries now. Definitely a bug that affected the old edit_gallery page.
While restoring your gallery header, I took the liberty of replacing http with https which should still work for the site in question.
We need to document this further more prominently, but for anyone else reading this:
It's best to use https instead of http in any links you include in a gallery description if you want users' browsers to keep the Secure indicator for your page.
We're already replacing anything that matches http://*pbase* with https://*pbase* but we can't do that for other sites since it's possible they don't yet support https.
Your pages will still work, but having a plain http link on an otherwise secure page will result in browser warnings depending on the user's browser.
