The good: It imports the keywords from the EXIF. Thank you thank you thank you, that will save a lot of work. (Did you fix the flash fired exif issue as well along with this, just out of curiosity?)
The "But I wish": I'm not too fussed that it doesn't have drag & drop straight from the Windows desktop; I think that the way the file select button has been implemented is much better than the old multiple upload dialog was IMHO. However I'd really have loved it if the lens data had been imported as well so that it didn't have to still be manually selected.
The less good: The dialog seems to convert HTML code into ASCII characters. For example, in my PAD I add a thumbnail to show what the previous year's image was. What goes up as this:
- Code: Select all
<b>Last Year</b>
<a href="http://www.pbase.com/akmc_in_au/image/123313513/original" Title="Last Year"><img src="http://www.pbase.com/akmc_in_au/image/123313513/small.jpg" alt="Last Year"></a>
gets rendered as this:
- Code: Select all
<b>Last Year</b>
<a href="http://www.pbase.com/akmc_in_au/image/123313513/original" Title="Last Year"><img src="http://www.pbase.com/akmc_in_au/image/123313513/small.jpg" alt="Last Year"></a>
It still renders fine on the "classic" dialog though.
If there's a setting to prevent that happening, I must have missed it.
