It's great that they are back.

But for a data integrity check I notice that my stats on Dec 25 have something I would not expect: the "Most Viewed Galleries" column has a gallery listed twice, once for 25 hits and once for 11 hits. I'd expect to see those combined into one 36-hit entry. (?)

But it's not working. I have 133,000 less clicks today than I had when it stopped working 3 months ago

The 24th September when Pbase stopped working my total statistics where 2,343,496. And it has been frozen on that number since then.
Today when the total statistics start working again more than 3 months later it's 2,210,650 !!!!!!!!!!

when I check my Aggregate daily page views, I have on the average a lot more than 1000 clicks every day since the 24th september. But the total are lot lower. It's so boring.....................

All my stats seem to be working. Today is the first day that i see individual image hits, gallery hits and total views since back in August!

It is not working !

But it is not working. A recent photo shows 28 hits but a single addition of daily hits gives more than 40. Sorry, it IS NOT working again.

Just found total hitcount is back. Besides this VERY good news, the new way of handling stats on a separate machine makes the main site much faster as I've noticed. SUPER improvement. Bravo!
Happy new year to you all at pbase.

[Happy new year to you all at pbase.[/quote]

You can share pictures. You can see stats. Statistics have even been improved.

It seems that Slug and Company had the knowledge, the money and whatever it took to repair what had been down, JUST AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD!

Happy New Year to all Pbasers!

Re: PBase Statistics page returns FALSE FALSE FALSE

.
Three months and half later, HITCOUNTS are completely false!

In the example (links below) the addition is approximately 800 and the total indicated on the page is 1524 .....

http://ic2.pbase.com/o6/39/516239/1/120 ... 00hits.jpg

http://i.pbase.com/o6/39/516239/1/12068 ... icture.jpg

Three months and half waiting for that..... incredible !!!!!!!!!! the figures of visits are much higher that before the breakdown, I think 2 times more.......

How long will have to expect to have the good figures, one year, two years? ? And how to know if the figures will be good?

Stephan
