Since slug and emily seems to have forgotten to post this new feature announcement, I am doing it

it gets rid of the blue, without really changing the site appearance.

there's also a Gray on Black. i don't like this one, but it's an experiment.

at the moment these can only be applied to all of your galleries.

It is not a per-gallery setting but a setting that applies to all your galleries. You can find the option by going to your profile page and clicking on the "Edit account" link.
