Emily completely rewrote the help system and we put this online last weekend.

The help pages are now searchable.
The search is trainable, so as time goes by, we'll be able to make common questions go right to an appropriate answer.

Topics are divided into an Overview, Frequently Asked Questions, and step by step instructional pages.

Brian has been working on various step-by-step instructions which include screenshots to walk you through a process.

Now that we have this framework in place, we'll be able to add more details to the help pages as well as rearrange the content to make answers easier to find.

Since we have some time answering here at the forums we (probably) would like to add a few more topics to the helps lists. For instance there is no question like "what is a direct link?"..

Should we write them down here at the forums? or in the comment section?

If you see that we've left something out of the help pages, just leave a comment in the help pages. We'll be happy to add it. Also use the comment section if you see an inaccuracy or if you just have a cool idea about how to use a feature - like using your PBlog as a travel journal with photos.
