Epson R300 printing only in top left corner of page

My Epson R300 has started printing just in the top left corner of the page from Windows Mail. Prints fine from WORD. Screen on printer show Glossy 10x15 but I cannot change it. Operating system is Windows Vista.

Check print setup and see what it's expecting.
If you can, check print preview and see what's going on there too.

Checked settings and print preview - everything Ok but email still printing just in corner of page. Can you help?
