PRINT DRIVER EPSON 2200 QUESTION

I own the Epson stylus 2200 photo printer. I use a MAC.
the Print Driver in the 2200 is set for a PC using USB.
I went to the Epson Website to research a Print Driver for the MAC. Since i only use MAC. My PC came to a grinding halt at the end of 2006. I would dump the current print driver and install a MAC Print Driver? Anyone? Better prints? Better calibration? hxxx
