epson 2200 stopped

My Epson 2200 will not allow a new job or any job to be printed. I click on Start js and it automatically stops. i've tried reinstalling the soft ware which worked once but now it's back to the same stalled cycle.
Any ideas ?

What operating system?
Epson inks? Third-party?
All ink carts okay?
Did you check the printing queue?
Is the paper feed lever (back right) in the proper position?
Does the printer go through the normal startup routine?

Cancel the driver in your computer,and reinstall your printer driver.
