What is the best paper for printing Black and White Inkjet Prints? I have a Canon Pixma IP5000 printer.

I personally like matte finish over glossy for b&w, but I would like to know what you guys prefer.

for scenery pic, i like matte, for animal or human, i like shining photo paper. :roll:
