Censorship and consistency... pbase?

I made an inquiry after pbase sent me an email saying that a gallery of mine had been blocked because it was "not work safe." Apparently they only block galleries or images if they appear in the popular section. If they aren't in the populars they don't get blocked. Here is the gallery: http://www.pbase.com/cwest/justin

And here is pbase's explanation:

Hello,
Although we may not agree with the taste of all the images uploaded to PBase, we do
recognize our members' rights to freedom of expression. Therefore, images like "dudedelux"
are uploaded to PBase without them being removed, but they are blocked when and if found
in our public galleries.
We opt to go through the popular pages because:
1. The amount of images uploaded to PBase is tremendous and the recent gallery page
changes constantly.
2. The images found in our popular pages are queued for random images displayed on our
homepage. Therefore, it is imperative the images queued are work safe.

Regarding your blocked gallery, nudity is not the only criteria, images that are sexually
suggestive is considered not work safe.

The images in your blocked gallery that include unbuttoned pants, our sexually suggestive
poses can be put in a password protected gallery. If you chose this option or have additional
questions, I will be happy to answer them.
Thanks,
Jehan

At the risk of seeming obtuse, I don't get it: you can publish full blown sexual activity on pbase (as per dudelux), but you can't show unbuttoned pants? What the hell are "sexually suggestive poses" anyway?

The whole concept of "not work safe" is ridiculous. If you're at work aren't you supposed to be working?
