I'm kinda curious how to go about editing an image to get a sort of illustrated look like the image in the link below? I know that a lot of it is done when shooting and using the right lighting, but I'm interested in the post editing. Thanks for any help.

Have considered asking the photography who shot this, Robert Alvarado? That result is a result of a bunch of things that have to do with lighting set up and photoshop.

Try Topaz. Here is an example, but you can adjust to get just about any look you want.
