Hi, I am interested in using my Canon i9900 and printing on canvas then painting (maybe using acrylic paints) over the image. Anyone out there done this? What have you experienced? What works well? Have you used other forms of paint?

My work is at times already painterly but I am interested in new dimensions in what I am doing, mixed media. What canvas works for you?

No thank you. I fear you quite misunderstood what I was asking. I am a photographer and I wish also to paint, not to have someone paint for me. See? I am asking about materials not services.

Since asking, I have found some canvas that is meant for printing and have bought some acrylic that does want to adhere. I will also try some thick watercolor board.
