permission to use your photo

It was recently brought to my attention that a mayoral campaign website, is interested in a photo I took of Downtown Nashville Skyline. Photo of interest

While I don't have all the info yet. All they asked was "willing to grant permission, under what conditions."
Besides the obvious, myself keeping the copyrights. What esle should I consider?
