Incomplete postings - Am I wrong?

It seems like the forum data has been reorganized, and some of the questions have been chopped off at the tail end, as well as some of the responses. Is it possible to get an explanation?

is missing the tail end of the question. The way it looks is no longer clear. The other little but very annoying "problem" is the quotes that do not display correctly.
