Max-File size D200?

Hi everyone.......
How much is the max-file size straitaway of Nikon D200 as RAW?
and how large can i go for good print?what do you reccomend for max-interpolation in PS?

I just printed 11x14 inches the other day, and I've done up to 13x19 without any problems. Obviously, it wasn't 300 dpi, but the prints still turned out well.
