How can i open RAW files......HELP PLEASE?

Hello everyone ,,i'm new to Pbase&photography

hope to find the answer in here with your appreciated help,
when i'm trying to open my RAW files in photoshop cs2, after moving them through"card reader" and locating them on my hard drive ,

apop up message in photoshop said :


you can't open the document ,because it's not the right file !

Be sure you have the latest updates for Adobe Camera Raw plugin.
For the D200, you should at least have version 3.3, version 3.7 is the last update compatible with CS2, but I prefer the workflow of 3.6.
