I am looking into step-up rings for my filters. Are there any issues with using step-up rings. My lenses are 58mm, 72mm and 77mm. Unfortunetly, it looks like there is not step-up from 58 to 77. Can you put two step-up rings together or would that not be advisable?

If you already have them handy, yes.. you can use two. I've done it many times without a problem when stepping up.
