Clever people,

I'm currently working on a project where I'd like to a large giclée print into resembling oil paintings from around 1848 (the project is inspired by a book published this year).

I thought about using acid, chlorine, natural or synthetic types of waxes, linseed oil, bees' wax, etc.

I've got some good feedback in a thread on the Large Format Photography forum but would love more feedback.

Looking forward to getting your inputs.

Thanks
