TORONTO PADer's ... Unite!

Post Mon Oct 18, 2004 12:53 pm

A group of PADer's who live in Toronto are getting together on
Sunday, October 24, 2004 at High Park - we're aiming for 2:00 in the afternoon.

We are meeting initially in the Grenadiar Cafe, which is in the heart of the park. CJ Morgan has kindly provided us with a map at:

If you are interested in meeting up with other PAD crazies, for a fun filled afternoon of photo taking in the park, please join us!

Take care (and lots of photos!)

Jude
and Aestus, and CJ and Rod [and maybe Ron?]

Adal and Jeanne ... it would be an absolute BLAST if you could make it :!:
And then we could do an exchange trip  to San Fran and Rome ... I'm likin' the sounds of that!

TOMORROW - SUNDAY OCT 24, 2004 @ 2PM
HIGH PARK IN TORONTO
OUTSIDE OF THE GRENADIER CAFE

http://www.pbase.com/cjmorgan/image/32823620

Weather reports says it's suppose to rain. Yeah, well
tough luck -- we'll just have a practice run for what
it might be like to make images when on holidays
in England or British Columbia. Ha.

Bring your raincoats, your rubber boots and your
"A" game. And we don't need no stinkin' badges...
... although on second thought, name tags might
not be a bad idea because I don't know about the
rest of you guys , but my memory just sucks.

In any event, High Park, tomorrow... rain or no rain.

Oh, and bring a camera. Yeah, bring a camera.

CJ (who's not averse to dancing in the rain if needs be)

Looks like I'm gonna have to miss this one - I had another commitment I forgot about. Have fun everyone and I look forward to seeing some pics of the event later! :)

It's a date! Got my rain coat and wellies set to go!

Sorry you won't be able to join us Fred ... we'll just have to plan ANOTHER TO PADers event in the not too distant future!

Thomas and I are just about ready to head out there. Another friend just called to see if we wanted to go for a walk, so we are meeting him and he is driving us out there. He's not quite as nuts about photog as we all seem to be, but he's a good guy anyway!!
