Our 3rd eldest granddaughter had her final day of high school today....seems like yesterday she stepped into her first day in 2008

November 19: Last One -

This is probably the last Plumeria Blossom of the year. We have been able to enjoy the flowers since they started blooming in July.
They will only grow outdoors in very few climates. Luckily for us they grow well here with no effort.
Our three plants are only three years old and about three feet tall. Next year there will be even more flowers.

One of the gifts of this pandemic is slowing down and noticing more of our surroundings.

Present, but also in the past: moon phases

A (wo)man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his/her life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful. (free to J.W. von Goethe)

November 20: Sunrise this morning - It looked promising when I looked out the kitchen window before I left for my walk. I was not disappointed. This is about a mile and half from our house.

Just outside the town area one can find some farms with history

I have shared my life with many cats, sometimes five at a time (currently three), here are some of the ones from past times whose memories live on:

November 21: Just before Sunrise - A quiet spot, except for all the ducks, coots, geese and all the birds waking up in the trees...

I have many memories of travel, places lived, places seen and loved, or not, this is one such place, very much loved:
