November 27: Flowering time...

Aloes are beginning to bloom here. There is a bewildering variety of types, shapes, colors, size, etc.
I think this one is a Aloe arborescens.

When modern meets old

A (wo)man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his/her life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful. (free to J.W. von Goethe)

When the season does't provide anymore colourful flowers,
there is always the art of artificial flowers to look at

November 30 - Secretary Bird at the San Diego Zoo this morning

That's it for me. I posted thirty fresh images for each day in November. Enjoyed seeing your images and your take on the challenge. Stay well and healthy!

November 28 - A Christmas Cactus in our backyard. They grow very well here and require virtually no care.

(Sorry for the late posting, I forgot to post this on the 28th)
