Stretch your minds on this one. Not only school, shopping, or shadows etc. but try experimenting with Shutter speed , or if you haven't tried it before, Street or Sports photography. Use your Smartphone if you have one.

Old images welcome. In fact if you are like me, you have a plethora of images that we haven't yet seen and which deserve to be dragged up from the vault.

A total of 8 injections in my back today (including the freezing). These are 3 of them, taken from a not very advantageous position lying on my stomach!
Well at least it got a chuckle from the medical staff... who naturally thought I was mad.
