Dear friends, sorry to be behind with images and commenting...coming home to Belgium and reorganizing life here is quite a lot of work but I'll do better soon... The Tradition of "rope skipping" (is that the right word in English for Seilspringen?) should help me to get fitter soon. I have a modern one but love this old rope my aunt gave me longtime ago.
