unwanted mail

Yesterday I changed the 'ability to comment' back to 'anyone', to enable friends and family to comment on my images.
I closed 'anyone' months ago after being besieged with numerous unwanted mails.
This morning under 'guest comments' there were dozens of mails/adverts from a company purporting to be Tiffany Jewelers.

Any suggestions? Last time I emailed the PBase helpline but received no response at all. Chris

As well as dozens of posts in the guest book, there were many private comments as well - so annoying! I've obviously deleted all of them. Any ideas on stopping this sort of thing?
