July PAD Ideas?

Only a few more days till July and I'm ready to PAD again! I've been thinking and thinking and cannot come up with a topic so I looked at some of our past discussions for some ideas.

• Go GREEN (color, environmental, envy, etc.)
  
• Natures Gifts (all things natural)
  
• The 5 senses (taste, touch, sight, sound, and smell)
  
• Water - comes in 3 forms: solid, liquid, gas
  
• Starts With......... example: S....sofa, shopfront, slipper, sleeping
  
• Song Titles of a particular group or era, say the 60's. ( http://www.digitaldreamdoor.com/pages/best_songs60s.html)

Thoughts? Anyone have another idea? I could just roll a die to come up with our July topic as there are 6 items listed above.

all these are great... difficult choice... Now my new computer is in and the software is going to be installed, so I really would like to go back to padding...

We haven't done song titles in a while, that might be fun to do.

Maybe pick an Era and stick with it. We could each pick one Decade from 50s, 60s, 70s, or whichever we desire. If we have a YouTube link to the song, we can add it in the caption. That way, we can experience a wide range of musical styles and ages.???

Sounds like fun, always love to look at an image and try to figure out what song it represents.

Maybe for future PAD, hobbies & interests.. Could be anything from sports, travel, handiwork, collecting etc. Or a day in the life of yourself.

(I get headaches, just started preventative migraine meds but still not 100% under control so dropped out of May's PAD, so been doingjust the weekly challenge which I love!)

They all sound good to me. Unfortunately, I won't be able to join this month. It is our busy time at work. Plus I've started a new gallery using a soft focus lens that I want to work on. I never have done multiple galleries. I always do one at a time. In fact, I will probably end this month's challenge a day early because I don't want to deal with the Pbase downtime. But I'll still be following everyone's and commenting! Hint: I like the 70's. :)

Should we say song TITLES or SONGS of the 70's? http://www.digitaldreamdoor.com/pages/best_songs70s.html Songs would allow us to be inspired by the lyrics in addition the titles and may open up possibilities for some people. Thoughts?

I would prefer that we can pick our decade. That way, we have a broader range. Songs/Song Titles ~ Music of a Decade, somthing like that.

I like Lynn's idea of being able to pick an era. Maybe call it "Songs of My Generation," since some of us were in school both the 60s & 70s so end of 60s & beginning of 70s have lots of memories for baby boomers.

Week 3 - Music of the 80's
Week 4 - Music of the 90's
The 3 remaining days could be any music of our choice
