This looks like a fairly benign scene, but yesterday, one of these horses spooked. He went up on hind legs, fell over and crushed one on the handlers to death. You must be ready to take ACTION every step of the way.

Simon loves to beg at the table. I gave him a little piece of my porkchop and here is what happened. I wasn't anticipating doing a shoot, but I happened to have my little camera nearby. Not the best quality, but action nonetheless. http://www.pbase.com/lynnh/image/121634470

Hi all, I could let a month of action go by without an attempt at a water drop!

Best wishes, and I am loving all the action entries so far..

Coming in for a landing: http://www.pbase.com/image/121636803

I can tell this is going to be a challenging month. Not just technically, but also finding the time to get out with the camera.
Guess that's what it's all about eh? Have a great day tomorrow.

I'm not sure how well I will be able to do this month's challenge. But I will give it a go.

Here is yesterday's photo. Remember that "snowing" is a verb. http://www.pbase.com/image/121636799/medium

And today's was two tiny people playing at a doctor's office today. http://www.pbase.com/yazziegirl/image/121636853

Sorry, hadn't realised there were two threads this month. Here is my action shot
Just to show that action doesn't need movement, I spotted this lovely sculpture in Blackburn town centre on Monday and then applied a fancy action to the image.
For the 3rd:
