Well I´m here, thanks to Lisa and Jola :D

I just started with my food and wine gallery and like to participate here to savour my hobby and passion....cooking!!
(not to forget of course photographing) :!:
This pic is from a "Apfel-Streusel-Blechkuchen", we bake here, the though is made with yeast - I made it lighter almost like a brioche :P

Here's Sunday's photo; I must admit to having taken this (and tomorrow's pic too) last night due to an unforeseen culinary expediency (which should actually have been foreseen!!)...all will become obvious tomorrow :)
