PBase Meetup San Diego - May 2009

Hello everyone. I was thinking that we should have another PBase Meetup in San Diego. We had a lot of fun last year. So how does this sound?

Date: Saturday, May 23
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Place: Balboa Park - Meet at the fountain in front of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center

We can take photos around the Park together and I can arrange for complimentary admission to the Museum of Photographic Arts.
Afterwards we could have lunch at the Waters Cafe near the Museum of Art, or we can go to a nearby Restaurant. Let me know your preference and what you think of these arrangements.

Sounds good to me, I start school on May 4th so this would be a good "last" meetup before the downpour of homework occurs!

I'm up for it but wondering if we could meet somewhere else? I shoot in the park so often I'd like to explore somewhere else with the group. For instance, the tidepools in Pt. Loma, or perhaps a short drive out to Boulevard for some abandoned buildings in the desert, or something?

If the group wants to meet at Balboa Park, I'm still in. Just thought something else might be fun.

We could meet at Balboa Park on Saturday and drive some place on Sunday. Let's make a weekend out of it. I chose Balboa Park because I expect some out of towners to join us.

I would love to join you and fellow PBasers for another Balboa Park visit. Unfortunately, I have a scheduling conflict on Saturday. Do let us know what is planned for Sunday, because right now it looks like I can drive down on Sunday.

Beacuase Astrid, Frank, Linda and Zara can't make it on the 2nd. I am suggesting Saturday, May 23 as the new date.

On Sunday, May 24 those interested can go for a photo shoot out to Boulevard as Gary suggested or to another location. We can discuss when we meet up on Saturday. Hope this works for everyone.
