Increasing local traffic to your PAD gallery

I post my pad link to a local general discussion newsgroup in the Halifax area. Doing so generates discussion & comments at a local level here in my city. In some cases people know of or have seen/been to the subject or location I've chosen for my PAD & can sometimes offer further information/stories/experiences etc.

I really don't know if every city has a local newsgroup (for general discussion), but it might be worth investigating....
