Mallard Convention!

OK, one of the most shot subjects with digital cameras is perhaps the Mallard Duck. I was curious to see who all has them as a PAD photo.

I don't know why it's not letting me imbed the image, but everytime I try, it doesn't work.

All you need do is place the URL of the image then add ".jpg" to the end of the URL.

I tried that, cause I figured it was the same as dpreview.com to embed, but it didn't work. lol oh well.

Pall, I thought I would take the time to illustrate how to embed an image.

First go to the image you want to show and then select the medium or small size. This will save bandwidth on the Pbase forum servers and is somewhat of an unwritten policy so folks with slower connections don’t have to wait a year to read the forums… LOL

Anyway, highlight the URL and copy.

In your reply window you hit the little “Img” button up there on the upper right. It will place this with out the spaces in you message, “ [ img ] .

You paste your URL right after that, add “.jpg” to the end and then hit the “Img” button again. Hitting the button will place [ / img ] at the end.


Hit the preview and see if it works…
