After much head-scratching and contemplation I finally found a fresh Z-image!It is difficult to get a native Z in our country, and there is no Z in the Irish language. A considerable number of the Z-words are imports from other cultures and languages. French has given us the word zeste for orange or lemon peel and because it's an ingredient in common use at Christmas I've based today's image on it.
