Dear challenge friends,
I'll go through your galleries tonight and tomorrow and try to comment as much as I can. As I am preparing a one-week journey to Southern France and might not have the possibilty to post my last images there, I posted them already today.
It was a great pleasure for me to see all your fantastic creativity and to give and recieve comments and thoughts. It was my first year (just 8 months) here on pbase, and it was a great experience and much fun (except some weeks in September, you know what I mean...) to be here and find so many friends.Thank you all so much for your warm encouragement!
A very Happy New Year to you and your loved ones, and I hope to see you again NEXT YEAR!!
Cheers!
Lisa :D

Dear friends,
Here is my last post for this challenge...
thank you all so much for your nice comments and support...
yes, I kknow, I haven't done my daily shots, mea culpa, but the opportunity presented by this very"geometric" building was such an inspiration for this topic...
I have never seen so many triangles and circles in one spot. I still have a few shots to add to my gallery, so you can come back and have a look.

this last shot is my card to wish you a Happy and successful Year 2010
The image of this open door is a symbol: I wish that all doors will open for you in this new year!
I know it's a bathroom door, this mercedes museum bathroom is very posh and I just loved the light and colours...

This is my 31st and last image for this challenge. I am out tomorrow for the Year End Shoot at the Wild Animal Park. We have over 50 photographers that are attending from three photo groups from San Diego County and Orange County.
It has been a wonderful experience participating with you all this month, and it has been a pleasure to see the very creative, innovative and humorous photos that were posted. Thank you to all who stopped by for a look, and many thanks to those who took a moment to comment. I wish you all a very Happy New Year. :D

What a great challenge!
I managed to use all 3 shapes in every shot for 31 days. I am traveling Thursday for a long weekend in the frozen north (Saranac Lake, NY); so I am posting my 31st photo early.

Dec 30

I'm posting two images today, one for the 30th and one for the 31st. Tomorrow is shaping up to be a busy day and it's easier to post now, rather than late tomorrow night.

Triangle #10: a sweet triangle with a little different look
http://www.pbase.com/erland/image/120693529

Final image shape #31: some cool close-up shapes (do wish I'd had a good macro lens with me...oh well)
http://www.pbase.com/erland/image/120693633

This has been a fun challenge. Thank you to everyone who offered feedback on my images and may each of you have a happy and healthy New Year.

May you get many more good shots in 2010,

Racine
