My humble entry.
And
I even actually shot this today which is a rarity for me.
I just bought a Nikkor 50mm F/1.8 lens and attached it to my trusty old Nikon D70.
I have decided to do walkabouts to actually learn how to observe more
and
think a bit more about composing what I'm shooting.
Everyone needs to start somewhere or, at the very least, periodically re-learn lost skills so.....

Well, it's technically a few minutes past midnight and I just got home, but
I'm still submitting this.

I happened to see this sculpture in Laguna Beach and liked the textures on it,
and curiously it didn't occur to me that I could upload this straight from my
cell phone through its built in web browser. Oh well, learn something new...
