Mine for Wednesday!!!!! And, tomorrow is Thanksgiving! Whoo hoo! Then, heading out to East Texas for the weekend after spending the day tomorrow with my family in Dallas.

Hello Everyone,

I'm going to go totally against the rules here but since this isn't a newly-taken image and is just for fun, I give you "Up The Khyber"!!

The song title has been playing on my mind all month, and quite apart from it being a "Carry On..." film from 1968 (and one of the Carry On team's best, I think) I knew that I'd seen those words somewhere else recently. It wasn't until someone at work was talking to me today about our Orcadian holiday earlier this year that the old grey cells dribbled into life and I remembered!

Like I said, this is a completely non-November image so it won't go in my Floyd gallery; I'm just linking it here so you can have a gander I must say, I do like the humour of naming a narrow vennel 'Khyber Pass'
