24. Frustration http://www.pbase.com/image/134169260/large The great celebration of Easter was last night here. Many families got up to go home this
morning. The water taxi run by Click-Click was brought back at gun point by the coast guard, assisted by the police. They had been charging double for transport over the last week. The taxi's were impounded and the chauffeurs were arrested.

Through glass...Okay, I lied, there is no glass. In fact the window wasn't even at the harbor. I used a window I shot a few weeks ago and created masks where the glass should be. Then I placed the image of the harbor in the masks. Isn't photoshop great!!!
