Hello Everyone,

I am doing my own spin on a PAD this year. I am doing a MAD (Monotone a Day).

All question, comments and complaints are welcome.

Here is a link to the gallery. http://www.pbase.com/lundy/mad_2010

Dear pBase friends,

These are my uploads for the 12th and 13th:

I very much enjoy this months' challenge.
But - as you might have noticed - I cannot find enough time to comment.
Therefore, although I will continue with the challenge, I will not link to my pictures in this thread anymore.
If you like to take a look at them, you know where to find them.
Thanks for all your nice comments and keep up the good work.
Perhaps next month?

I know exactly what you mean - I think this month is a bit of a victim of its own success - it's hard work, maybe too hard :?

The commenting bit is hard, but the "Challenge" itself is much too easy in my opinion, one only needs to turn any image into a monochrome. In addition to this there are participants that are not adhering to the "guidelines" of the "Challenge", and others jumping in mid-month, posting only once or twice, etc.

May I make the suggestion that the "Challenge" next month be a bit more challenging and that participants adhere to "guidelines" and that they participate from the beginning?

I will continue posting for the time being, but will only look at and comment on the images of participants who are "playing the game". Sorry if I leave anyone out. :D

G'day Mieke
A (wo)man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his/her life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful. (free to J.W. von Goethe)
