Hi Guys - Things are progressing at Apple. The store has offered me a new computer free of charge (now I'm pushing for an upgraded one). I am still waiting to see if they will follow through with paying for the data recovery service.

I was instructed to not use my current computer anymore as I could be compounding the memory problem. So, until all is finalized, I will bid farewell from Pbase for a while. Thanks for all of your support during this heart wrenching time!
