My project will be done this weekend! YES!!!

Also, my apologies for straying off subject with the macro photo of the chicory wildflower. I interpreted the challenge to ideally be the mixture of urban and nature and so thought that this photo of the chicory wildflower adapting to our world appropriate. I've since reviewed the challenge and see that it must be a "scape". Again, my apologies.

Hi, everybody, happy Friday :)

Yesterday we had an internet breakdown in the area, so I could not post my image nor write comments. Here is my entry for June 17 with sunny accent :)

Last night I went to our city's "Third Thursday" street fair. It is held during the warm months, June-September. It is supported by the Arts Council and the Downtown Business Assn. Bands are everywhere, booths pop up from different organizations and it is just plain fun. http://www.pbase.com/image/125710517/medium Today we are headed over the hill (about 70 miles) to Medford and Ashland for Medical appointments. I hope to find some urban treasures!

For my nineteenth image I went back to the pond. This time it was sunny.
