Clouded Leopards

Post Wed Nov 09, 2005 6:11 pm

I just put this up from some pictures I took back in 1989 that I scanned from slides. The photography is uneven in quality, but none are bad enough to spoil such a fantastic subject.

I've noticed others are putting up samples, so I guess I should too. This is not the original one I set as a representative, but one I am coming to like more and more.

I went to White Horse Hill and visited the Wayland Smithy in Oxfordshire on Wednesday when the sun shone and the weather was cold and clear. The results can be seen in the gallery White Horse Hill

I went to the small beach of my lake,
and I had a close encounter of third type
with very bad tempered charming big birds.
I'm not used to take pictures of animals,
I dind't think I could like it either.
It's just an attempt.

I have started a mini experimental gallery.
Nothing too serious.

You can find it here.

I just finished a gallery from our trip to Brooklyn's Green-Wood Cemetery. You can get to it by clicking on The Green-Wood Cemetery.

Here's just one of the photos you'll find there:

Focus on Nature gallery

Post Thu Nov 24, 2005 12:56 am

Since I set up my PBase gallery a week or so ago, I have been working on uploading images and ways of getting exposure so people hear about it.

My primary reason for creating a gallery is to (in the future) start selling my photographs. I figured what I would do first is to get my images out on the web not to sell at first, but for people to see and critique, mainly to determine if they are sellable.

Here is an example of my work, a photo of the Dillon Pinnacles at Blue Mesa Reservoir in Colorado:
