First thank you for all your kind comments it has been delightfully overwhelming and much appreciated. A subject that is dear to my heart but so weather related that one has to strike while the iron is hot and shoot in batches.

Twenty years ago I was shooting Kingston architect Al Cromarty's portfolio and this ticket kiosk was one of the assignments. When I arrived on the site I quickly saw that Al, being the brilliant architect that he is, had echoed the Shoal Tower in his design and I, being the "brilliant" photographer that I am, worked the two building into a nice image illustrating all this. The shot was taken from the patio balcony of the then Howard Johnson's directly across from the kiosk. So I thought it would be fun to revisit. Twenty years ago the tree was but a bush so that shot is not going to be duplicated anytime soon. Below is the kiosk from the waterside.
